VII Otwarty Turniej Piłki Nożnej Adwokatury Polskiej

Izba Adwokacka w Warszawie wraz z Komisja Integracji Środowiskowej, Kultury, Sportu i Turystyki NRA zapraszają wszystkich przedstawicieli zawodów prawniczych na VII Otwarty Turniej Piłki Nożnej Adwokatury Polskiej.

To największe wydarzenie sportowe organizowane przez Izbę warszawską. W tym roku wpisane jest w obchody 100-lecia Izby Adwokackiej w Warszawie. W poprzednich edycjach udział brało ponad 200 prawników z całej Polski, a także drużyny zagraniczne z Litwy i Łotwy. Honorowy Patronat nad VII Otwartym Turniejem Piłki Nożnej Adwokatury Polskiej objął Dziekan Izby Adwokackiej w Warszawie.

Rozpoczęcie turnieju: godz. 10:00
Oficjalne otwarcie turnieju: godz. 12:00

Turniej rozegrany będzie na trzech zadaszonych i sąsiadujących ze sobą boiskach ze sztuczną trawą.

WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA:
W turnieju mogą wziąć udział drużyny składające się wyłącznie z członków samorządów prawniczych. Każda drużyna może zgłosić maksymalnie 10 zawodników. Zawodnicy zobowiązani są zabrać ze sobą legitymacje potwierdzające przynależność do samorządu zawodowego. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo weryfikacji przynależności zawodnika do samorządu zawodowego. Każda drużyna może zgłosić maksymalnie 1 osobę nienależącą do samorządu prawniczego, spokrewnioną z zawodnikiem biorącym udział w turnieju, niebędącą czynnym zawodnikiem zgłoszonym do rozgrywek w ramach PZPN, WZPN, pod warunkiem uprzedniej akceptacji danej osoby przez Organizatora. Liczba drużyn została ograniczona do osiemnastu. Warunkiem wzięcia udziału w Turnieju jest uiszczenie wpisowego oraz akceptacja Regulaminu:

WPISOWE:
Każda zgłoszona drużyna zobowiązana jest do dokonania wpłaty kwoty 500 zł tytułem wpisowego do dn. 14 maja br. na konto wskazane przez Organizatora. Wpłata wpisowego powinna następować po potwierdzeniu zakwalifikowania drużyny do Turnieju. Wpisowe obejmuje także poczęstunek w trakcie turnieju.

SYSTEM I ZASADY ROZGRYWANIA MECZÓW:
Mecze będą rozgrywane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami Polskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej z uwzględnieniem odstępstw wskazanych w regulaminie turnieju. Czas gry wynosić będzie 2×7 min. Dokładna formuła turnieju np. system grupowy zostanie opracowana w terminie późniejszym w zależności od liczby zgłoszonych drużyn.

Tournament Rules
7th Open Lawyers Football Cup of Polish

Bar Association

  1. The Competition is reserved for the Barristers who are called to the Bar in the jurisdiction ofthe team in question, where the concept of “Bar” exists in the country concerned as well as for the Lawyers, legal counsels or other legal profession concerned in the countries where theconcept of “Bar” does not exist. Each team may register from 6 up to 10 players. Players shallprovide the document that confirms their membership to the Bar. The Organizer reserves theright to verify the membership to the Bar of each player. Under prior consent of the Organizer, each team is allowed to register only one player who is not a member of the Bar, but that player has to be related to other registered player and not being a professional football player.
  2. Judges, notaries and prosecutors are also allowed to join the Competition.
  3. Number of teams that may join competition is limited to 18 teams. The date of applicationdecides about qualification. Reaching the limit of teams will be announced on:https://www.facebook.com/events/572862553225879/
  4. In order to join the competitions the teams are required to send the application until May 12, 2019 by e-mail: pawel@halapilkarska.pl with payment confirmation until May 14, 2019.
  5. Tournament fee is 500 zł (approx. 120 Eur).
  6. The tournament fee should be paid to bank account no: 46109016940000000068028441 ordirectly to the Tournament organizer if it has been agreed previously. In bank transfer titleplease indicate: „Tournament”, captain’s name and team name.
  7. In case of not attending a competition, the fee will not be refund.
  8. Each member of the team takes part in the Tournament at his own risk.

  1. The matches are played by 6 active players (5 players + goalkeeper). Substitutions are unlimited, provided that one player leaves the pitch before another steps on. Substitutions must be carried out in the central zone of the pitch, when the ball is not in play. If the team does not perform properly change, the referee has right to award a penalty of two minutes exclusion from the game the player leaves the pitch.
  2. Team can not play a match having less than 5 players.
  3. The games are played on the pitch made of artificial turf.
  4. The matches will be played in accordance the rules of Polish Football Association except thefollowing:
    1. For Acting against the rules or unsportsmanlike conduct a player may be penalized byexclusion from the game at the time of 2 minutes,
    2. A goal scored by opponents cancels a penalty of exclusion for 2 and 5 minutes,
    3. The match lasts two equal periods of 7 minutes,
    4. While free kick all players must to be at least 6 meters from the ball,
    5. The penalty kick spot is placed 9 meters from the goal,
    6. Throw-in must be carried out by feet from the side line. All players must to be at least3 meters from the ball.
    7. Offside rules does not apply,
    8. The referee has right to suspend a Player due to his unsporting behaviour orintoxication.
  5. Scoring: win – 3 points; tie– 1 points; loss – 0 points;
  6. About final standings in table decides in order:
    1. Points gained,
    2. Result of the match between concerned teams,
    3. In case of more than two teams with the same amount of points “small table” rulesdecides. A balance of goals in the matches between the concerned teams and then agreater number of goals scored.
  7. More specific details will be announced to teams when application term expires, no later thanMay, 16th 2019.
  8. All teams are required to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises of the footballcenter.
  9. In case of a situation not covered by the rules the Organizer has a casting vote.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules before Tournaments begins in particularas regards the length of matches
  11. Tournament contestants hereby declares to:
  1. Give a consent to the Organizer for processing their personal data indicated in the application form for the purposes of the tournament (in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.) and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
  2. Give a consent to the Organizer for using information their name, sure name, occupation as well as images in reports and photos from the event in the press or other media such as the Internet,
  3. Give a consent to the Organizer for receiving in the future, by e-mail information about similar events.

20. Sending an application form and attending a Tournament will be understood as an acceptance of mentioned above rules by the contestants.
